Dar is gift, in Slovene and in every language next to it. A dar coin is ten cents of giving, paid up front. The money is with a charity the same day, so the giving part is finished before you have chosen anyone or booked anything.
The coins keep. They sit in your account until you are ready, and then you spend them on a session with anyone here. No expiry, and nothing to lose by waiting. The money left on day one.

How dar coins work.

You give, and you name the person
You pick someone on Worthly and give to the charity THEY named, on that charity's own page, the same direct route as every other euro here. You are not choosing a cause off a list. You are backing a person, and their cause is already printed on their page.

The coins are the record of it
The money is already with the charity; the coins are what you have to show for it. They are a receipt, not a balance sitting in a Worthly account, because there is no Worthly account. Nothing here holds your money, which is also why nothing here can lose it or spend it on something else.

You see new hours a day early
None of this is built. There is no coin to hold, no queue, and no balance anywhere in the product — this page is a design being thought about out loud, not a thing you can buy. It is here because the money route it describes is the same one the rest of the site already uses: you give to the charity directly, that day, and Worthly never holds it.

You spend them when a session is over
You still decide the amount afterwards, exactly as anyone else does. Spending coins marks the half hour as already paid for, because it was: the giving happened on the day you gave. What you do not spend stays for the next one.
You go first because you already gave.
The head start is not a product. It is what happens when somebody has already given and the calendar knows it. That is also why there are no tiers: a bigger balance does not move you further up a queue, because the moment it does, scarce charity hours become an auction and every other sentence on this site stops being true.
Booking without coins costs nothing, is not slower once hours are public, and is not treated as the lesser way to do this. Paying nothing at all after a session remains a legitimate answer. None of that changes because coins exist.
Two things to say plainly.
The session you book may not be the cause you funded
You back one person at checkout, and their charity is paid. The coins are spendable with anyone. So if you fund Damjan’s charity and later book somebody else, that second person gives their half hour to a cause they did not name. Nobody has agreed to that yet: the terms say nothing about dar coins, and no professional here has been asked. It goes in the terms before a single coin exists, and anyone who does not want it can say so and keep their hours out of it. What never happens is the same euro being counted twice: money is recorded against the charity it actually reached, on the day it reached it.
You cannot buy any of this today
Payments are not open, here or anywhere else on the site, so nobody holds a single dar coin. What works today is the other road: book a session and decide afterwards, straight to the charity your person chose. This page exists now so the terms are on the record before the button is, rather than after.

State what you offer and name your charity. You set how many hours a month you give, it never rises on its own, and whoever books one pays your charity directly for what it was worth.
